Our mission is to provide a restaurant-quality experience to your guests and leave them exclaiming about the food, drinks and service. We bring the kitchen to the field, where
we cook everything on-site for optimum freshness and flavor. From the most intimate dinners to large scale events, our menus are designed to give you maximum choice and
flexibility as you build your meal from canapés to dessert and late night snacks; or our Chef Nicholas Parrillo will happily consult to craft a menu that takes your guests on a culinary journey from start to finish.
Chef Parrillo trained in classic European methodology, cut his teeth in high-end So-Cal restaurants in the 90s, and ultimately integrated Latin & Asian influences to further
define his style. Fresh ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible, whether from Parrillo’s own ranch, or from the fishing boats that bring in the day’s fresh catch. Chef
